The lower level bedrooms have separate deadbolt doors to offer private entry into two of the bedrooms - perfect for individuals working late hours or roommates needing more privacy to come and go.

Townhomes Cheney is 3 blocks from EWU, just 15-20 minutes to AMAZON, Airport, Fairchild Airforce Base, Eastern State Hospital & downtown Spokane.

We are WALKING distance to nightlife (this means NO DRIVING after a night out), public transit/park-n-ride, restaurants, shopping, coffee and the only local owned grocery store in town.
